Food waste is a big, expensive problem—but it doesn’t have to be. This ultra-convenient, handheld plastic bag sealer is an easy way to reseal opened bags and maintain their freshness.
This sealer uses two AA batteries (sold separately) and works by heating the plastic and melting it back together in a thin line. To get the best results, simply turn it on, wait for it to heat up a bit, and then press both sides together around the outside edges of the plastic bag to be sealed. Be sure to wipe off any dust, powder, oil, and such from the outside of the bag before applying the heat, and for very thick plastic, you may have to run the sealer across it a few times. Once the bag is sealed, turn off the device to avoid overheating or burning yourself by accident.

Simple but effective product. All you need to do is heat it up a little and then squeeze and slide. Works with thick plastic bags too, just need to warm up a little longer.
This mini food bag sealer is the cutest little device ever! and it works so well! I went around the house trying to find all the opened bags of chips, cookies, etc that I can to try this little sealer on and loved it! It worked so well and heats up fast. I would recommend.
