I'm in the process of returning it for credit.
I use this at least 3 other days a week and it gets just as deep, if not deeper than my masseuse. I can really target problem areas with it as well. I use it all over, not just on the neck and shoulder area. Love it!
I have had neck pain for years. I have an old unit which helps, but using patches and having wires is a pain. This is just what I needed! Only downside might be that I would prefer a little more heat, but overall I am very satisfied. Would buy again without hesitation!
I normally have been in so much pain, been to the chiropractor many times. Tried ice packs. . Aleve. . Heat. . Nothing worked. The pain goes thru to my right side they thru my shoulder blade and on into my arm. For the first time in a month of sleepless nights I don't have pain. . Best money I have ever spent.
